A-Level Maths Support

Making the GCSE → A-Level Connection

Individual support for students who benefit from slowing the mathematics down, strengthening GCSE foundations and making connections between what they already know and new A-Level concepts.

Particularly suited to neurodivergent learners and students who find the pace of A-Level lessons challenging.

✓ Connect new A-Level concepts to GCSE knowledge
✓ Revisit and strengthen underlying foundations
✓ Break complex mathematics into manageable steps
✓ Work through classwork and homework together
✓ Provide time to process, question and understand
✓ Build confidence and greater independence

1:1 • 60 minutes • £50 per session

Availability: daytime appointments and selected slots after 8pm only.
All earlier after-school and evening 1:1 slots are currently fully booked.

I actually think that final sentence is useful commercially. It communicates, without boasting, that your existing tutoring timetable is full.

For the thumbnail itself, I’d keep it much shorter:

Included Bonus: Getting Ready for A-Level Maths

For Full Programme students on the Grades 6–9 courses

Students enrolled in Full Programme Access for either the GCSE Higher or IGCSE Higher Grades 6–9 programme will be invited to a complimentary three-session Getting Ready for A-Level Maths series during the summer holidays.

The purpose isn't to race ahead and start teaching the A-Level course early. Instead, we'll strengthen the GCSE mathematics that A-Level teachers expect students to be able to use confidently from the beginning.

Three sessions:

1. Algebra A-Level assumes you know
Manipulation, indices, surds, equations and rearranging with confidence.

2. Functions, graphs & mathematical connections
Moving beyond isolated topics and seeing how algebra and graphs connect.

3. Thinking like an A-Level mathematician
Notation, unfamiliar problems, multi-step reasoning, independent working and understanding what the transition from GCSE to A-Level actually involves.

The sessions are also suitable for students who are still deciding whether A-Level Mathematics is the right choice for them.

Included at no additional cost with Full Programme Access.
Not included with individual £25 session bookings.
