The following terms and conditions govern all use of the www.squareroetsmaths.co.uk website and all content, services, and products available at or through the website (taken together, the “Website”). The Website is owned and operated by Square Roets Maths (“Square Roets Maths”). The Website is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, Square Roets Maths’s Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site by Square Roets Maths (collectively, the “Agreement”).

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Website. By accessing or using any part of the Website, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the Website or use any services.

The Website is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old. Students under 18 require parental or guardian consent to enrol in tutoring services.

1. Your Account and Site

If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. You must notify Square Roets Maths immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breaches of security. Square Roets Maths will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Square Roets Maths’s Website for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials

  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)

  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Website

  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

This licence shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions, and may be terminated by Square Roets Maths at any time.

3. Payment, Renewal & Cancellation Policies

General Terms
 By booking lessons or packages with Square Roets Maths, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Payments are made in advance and are non-refundable, except as set out in these terms.

Automatic Renewal
 If you are on a subscription plan, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. By continuing, you authorise Square Roets Maths to collect the applicable subscription fee using the payment method on record.

Square Roets Maths – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
 At Square Roets Maths, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the procedures for handling cancellations and rescheduling to ensure fairness for all students and to respect our tutors’ time.

  1. Student Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

    • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.

    • Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice will be rescheduled at no extra cost (subject to tutor availability).

  2. Missed Lessons & Late Arrivals

    • A missed lesson (“no-show”) will still be charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.

    • Late arrivals will not extend the lesson time; the session will end at the originally scheduled time.

  3. Tutor Cancellations

    • If a tutor cancels a lesson (e.g. illness or emergency), the lesson will either be:
       • Rescheduled at a mutually convenient time, or
       • Credited/refunded if rescheduling is not possible.

  4. Refunds

    • Payments are non-refundable except where Square Roets Maths cancels a lesson and rescheduling is not possible.

    • Subscription fees and packages cannot be refunded once paid.

  5. How to Cancel

    • Please notify us of cancellations or reschedule requests by [your preferred method: email, WhatsApp, or booking portal].

    • The timestamp of your message will determine whether the 24-hour notice requirement was met.

Price Changes
 Square Roets Maths reserves the right to adjust fees at any time. Any changes to subscription or package fees will be communicated in advance and will not affect payments already made.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on the Website are provided “as is”. Square Roets Maths makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitations

In no event shall Square Roets Maths or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Website, even if Square Roets Maths or a Square Roets Maths authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on the Website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Square Roets Maths does not warrant that any of the materials on its Website are accurate, complete, or current. Square Roets Maths may make changes to the materials contained on the Website at any time without notice.
